BEFORE
Smoking patterns are explored during the intake. This helps clarify what is needed to get started.
DURING
Guidance is provided throughout the quitting journey, delivered in 6 weekly online sessions. Nicotine replacement can make the process more manageable, if needed.
AFTER
Staying smoke-free is the main goal. We work on simple ways to manage cravings, prepare for difficult moments, and handle any slips if they happen.
THE QUIT PLAN IS STRUCTURED IN 3 PHASES
